How it works

No new system to move to. Keep your calendar, your notebook or your scheduling app. paysweep.shop only does payday.

  1. Add your cleaners

Add your cleaners and how you pay each one: a share of the job, by the hour, or flat per job.

  2. Paste the week

Paste the week's jobs, the way you wrote them down. Day, customer, price, who went, any tip, hours or miles.

  3. Get everyone’s pay

Get each cleaner's pay, tips and mileage, with anything wrong flagged. Plus a short note for each to copy and send.

What you get

One screen for payday. It shows you how it read each line before it works anything out.

Pay each cleaner your way

A share of the job, an hourly rate, or a flat amount per job, set for each cleaner. Team jobs split evenly or by hours, whichever you choose. Tips split between whoever was on the job, and mileage goes to the driver.

A pay table you can check

For each cleaner: jobs, base pay, tips, mileage and total, with the job-by-job lines under it and the week’s total at the bottom. Saved weeks stay in your history.

Flags what looks wrong

A line it couldn’t read (left out of the totals and named until you fix it), a cleaner who isn’t on your list, a week that works out under the minimum wage you set, and anyone over 40 hours. It flags; you decide.

Why it matters: a $100 job paid at 40% that takes six hours comes to $6.67 an hour (Service Autopilot’s example).

A pay note for each cleaner, and a payday reminder

Each cleaner gets a short note with their jobs and total, ready to copy and send yourself. The day before your payday, we email you last week’s total and a link to paste this week.

What it doesn’t do. It doesn’t pay anyone, file taxes or replace a payroll service. It gives you the numbers. It isn’t legal or tax advice.

One plan, everything included

Questions

Do I have to type it in a special way?

No. Paste it the way you wrote it: day, customer, price, who went, any tip, hours or miles. It shows you how it read each line before it works anything out, and anything it can't read comes back to you.

Can I pay people differently?

Yes. Each cleaner can be on a share of the job, an hourly rate or a flat amount per job. Team jobs split evenly or by hours, whichever you choose.

Does it actually pay my cleaners?

No. It works out the numbers and gives you a note for each cleaner to copy and send. You pay them the way you do now, or give the totals to your payroll service.

Will it keep me legal on minimum wage?

It can't promise that. You set your minimum wage and it warns you when someone's week works out under it, if you've given their hours. It also flags anyone over 40 hours. Rules differ by state and by employee or contractor, so ask your accountant.

Who sees the numbers?

Only you. Your cleaners don't get an account. Nothing here goes to them unless you send it.

Do I need to change my scheduling app?

No. Keep whatever you use now, even a paper calendar.

How much is it?

$29 a month. The first 7 days are free and no card is needed. Cancel any time. It's sold to businesses only.

Where do the numbers come from?

Only from what you paste and the pay settings you set. An AI reader turns each line into a row and may only use figures written in that line; anything unclear is flagged, never guessed. All the math is done by plain code, the same way every time. For your state’s minimum wage, there’s a link to the US Labor Department’s state table.
